SCARS + NOTABLE FEATURES yuji collects a myriad of scars throughout the series that vary in quantity and severity based on his canon point.

season one; sukuna's vessel: scarring beneath both of his eyes that resemble upside down triangles that act as a placeholder for sukuna's two additional eyes, only opening whenever he takes over yuji's body. one moderately large scar on the center of his chest from when sukuna rips out yuji's heart with his own hand and fatally wounds him.

season two; shibuya incident arc: during his final battle with mahito he suffers two injuries to his face that leave prominent scarring. one from a blade that slashes diagonally across his face from the center of his forehead to below his right eye. the other is a smaller gash inflicted at the left corner of his mouth that originally exposed his teeth and gums. (both of these injuries have successfully scarred over by the time the culling arc rolls around.)

season 3; the culling arc: yuji loses his pinky and ring fingers on his left hand from the second knuckle down.

OLFACTORY he's a teenage boy so he probably doesn't smell the greatest lbr. he spends a lot of time outdoors so his scent is likely reminiscent of warm sunshine and freshly cut grass. he doesn't wear cologne but he does shower daily in accordance with his more active lifestyle so one can expect a varying mixture of soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, deodorant and sweat. not bad just... nothing too special in particular.
